Terms and Conditions

Minimum order is 10 kg rice per delivery per household. You may order any combination to make 10 kg. For example, you may order two 5 kg packs or one 5 kg pack and two 2.5 kg packs.
Terms of payment: Cash on Delivery.
Delivery will be made in 2 to 3 days' time, depending on when Homedirect is next serving the geographic location of customer's residence.
We regret to inform customers that HomeDirect's delivery routes are fixed. HomeDirect will allocate and inform customers of delivery period on day of delivery. This arrangement is to ensure all customers will receive their orders in the allocated delivery period.
